I bought a 2013 Kia Soul yesterday and worked with Daniel Ortiz. He was extremely personable and easy to work with and made the experience a pleasant one after a not so pleasant day of shopping at other dealerships! He was able to quickly work with the manager Frankie (who was also great) to meet our price needs. Next time my friends or family need a car I will definitely recommend Daniel and Shawnee Mission Kia!
