The only thing that would make the experience of having my car serviced better is not having to leave my house. :-) That's not the way it works so this experience was a good as it could be. In and out in an hour. As I observed your employees helping other customers, your employees were kind, patient (often having to repeat themselves several times) eager to help and do all they could to keep customers satisfied. I appreciate the different spaces that you have for customers to wait in. You can watch T.V., work on your laptop, even step away from other customers and make and take phone calls. The popcorn and drinks is a very nice touch. The whole process from beginning to end was (and has always been) as good as it could be.
