Horrible customer service, you'll spend an hour explaining your story, feeling like you're really getting somewhere, only to be transferred to a "supervisor" who's one dimensional ( might as well be a recording ) as he can only say sorry and that he will more the Insatiafaction.
WORD TO THE WISE LG ... You can spend millions on your advertiserments and billboards but word of mouth and customer satisfaction is what puts money in your pockets and keeps your customers coming back. I'm finished with LG, horrible customer service and terrible cheap product that's just overpriced with a fancy logo
