Well the loan process was fairly straightforward. The representative was extremely rude when the selling party had issues accepting the check because it was in both the buyer and sellers name. The loan representative told me to go and pick up the check sign it and go back when the dealership is over two hours away. I ended up having to meet the seller at the bank and notarizing paperwork just for the bank to accept. I went with jj best because they offered a better value on the vehicle than penfed. aside from the poor customer service via telephone, the loan rep was also rude via email.
