My husband has been on the dementia unit for almost 2 years. ACNH has its problems, as most places do, but my husband is kept clean and well taken care of. Most of the staff do their best and are usually caring people. My husband's main caregiver is wonderful with him and he responds to this. The activities department always has interesting and fun musical events/parties, which residents and visitors enjoy. I believe that with encouragement and support the aesthetics and morale at ACNH will improve for residents, their families, and the employees.
