Review of Al Saraya Grand Hotel Makkah.

Only two things are good

Only two things are good
1) distance from haram
2) house keeping and complaints, one call and they show up
Apart from these, hotel is not upto mark, rooms and bathroom not properly maintained, old air conditions (window ac) where flaps not even working for proper air flow, big sounds, leakages in pipe, small rooms for 3 bed, small bathrooms in 2 people rooms, and bad maintenance at everything.
I recommend not to choose this hotel unless they take some action for improvement.
