Our first time visiting and overall it was a great night at America. Our shower must of had a leak we didn't know about and we did get a visit from maintenance at like 10pmthat they needed to fix our bathtub. It took like 10 minutes, it wasnt a big deal. Overall the room and hotel was clean. As for the water park, even on March break it wasn't super busy which is great.

Some issues I noticed over the two days was for some reason in the water I occasionally saw pieces of brown paper towel, who is bringing brown paper towel into the water, seriously? Also, I noticed the overall supervision to be less then expected on slides/areas. I didn't see any kids getting measured for height, there was no supervision on the smaller kids area and I saw bigger kids that were jumping lines and going down slides not waiting for others to clear.

Overall a good experience and I would probably return.
