Unbelievable....Menards has a new policy of NOT talking to their customers....WOW! What has this world come to.....moving my business to a competitor!! Won't even talk to you about a defective product.....you have to submit your complaint in writing and they might get back to you in 30 days!! It didn't take 30 days for them to take my money!!
