They changed Platinum members for parking in n an out of the way place. They were renovating and did not email until 4 days before. The break fast area was in setup in a temp area with no attend. The milk, juice we're just sitting on counter without ice and was warm. The food ie: ham and eggs were hard and old cereal was stale. Beds were comfortable and the manger gave us 10,000 points because be things were not up to standard. That was the only good stuff.
