The inspection of my heating system may have been OK but the inspector did not replace the filter and said it would cost me an additional amount if I wanted that done. Cost of the service was more than $200 and almost twice what it had been three years ago. I think for that price a replacement filter (even if it is a 4" filter) could be provided. I di purchase next year's servicing but that may be the last year we do business with Washington Energy Service. My only concern then is that we have a ten year extended warranty on our system and I want to be sure that using another company for servicing won't impact that warranty .
