I went here last night and the service was great - no issues there. Staff was very friendly and patient with us as we were a party of about 12 including 3 kids under 4. The issue was mainly the food; not worth the price. I was expecting great BBQ, but the 1/2 chicken I ordered was dry on even the leg quarter. The cole slaw ordered tasted like it had too much sugar, and the wings were too burnt for my taste. Also, compared to other BBQ restaurants, the pickles they brought with the meal was minuscule and only had pickled onions and sliced pickles. One of the two BBQ sauces was okay; the other tasted like oyster sauce. I had a taste of someone else's ribs and it was also too dry and crunchy for me. One of the upside to the food was the nachos (w/ brisket). Everyone seemed pleased with that. Overall, it's great service, but I would recommend finding another BBQ spot. Mighty Quinn's is great, but I am sure there are other spots in Jersey City that are better, but not heavily advertised.
