I do not blame the store in via celio Milano since I think the problem lies in the organization. Delivery scheduled for mid-January and the seats are delivered on March 9th. 2 different delivery addresses were specified and the couriers had indicated only one address on the delivery note. In the days before, the call center, in the face of the unavailability of receiving the first proposed date, had also feared a surcharge of 50 euros. In the shop where I bought (1500 euros) the responsibility is unloaded on the call center and the courier but in fact it is sofa armchairs that must take responsibility in the first place also for the adventurous claims of 50 extra euros for delivery.
