My mom had an appointment for 8.00 am ended up getting out of there at almost 1 o'clock in the afternoon, if they can't commit to an appointment why make appointments in the firs place.
The job they had said it will take no more than hour and a half took almost five hours, I was very upset because my mom is 80 years old ,they ruin her day .
