I ve been waiting for a refund for my trip since M...

I ve been waiting for a refund for my trip since March 15th (trip was due to be in May but I cancelled in March due to COVID. They later cancelled my trip anyway). They ve confirmed I m elegible for one but every few weeks since then when I ve followed up with them I ve gotten the same response we hope to be back in the office in the next few weeks . If they can only process secure refunds from the office , and refuse to process via other means even at the agreement of the customer, it is ridiculous they can t send one person into the office to process these. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for so many months and now it s been too long since the cancellation to get a chargeback from my card company.
