John Anderson was friendly and responsive. I was angry that I rushed off and forgot my coupon for oil change discount that I receive in the mail, and he said that he could give me a one time courtesy discount. I was very impressed that he was empowered to be able to make a quick decision on it.
I waited in the waiting room, and in about half an hour my car was ready to go !
I will definitely be going back to Express Service when necessary.
