If this is what a 5 star resort is like I will never see another one. Everything looked great upon entering the lobby. That all ended once entering our room, not a 5 star. Both the sofa and chair were so uncomfortable to use. Thank goodness there were enough pillows to use. Where was the mini fridge or a microwave for that late night popcorn. Oh they did not have either. We did have a balcony with table and chair, but our room was right above all the vents for the kitchen and AC units. When the balcony door was opened even a little we could hardly hear ourselves talk. Tried to enjoy the balcony but just to much noise.
Do not plan on any USB outlets they do not have, make sure you bring your charger. The coffee was free but the bottle of water was $3.00. Went to get ice, but the plastic bag insert for the ice bucket wa about 3 sizes to small to use. I just have nothing good to say about our room. Where charged a 5 star price for a 1 star room. Will never return.
