Horrific customer service, disregard for GDPR regulations and data requests, inefficient replies to complaints, lying advisors. The ICO should be looking into you! How does it take 4 months and 4 attempts to change providers? How does it take months to get a response? Why do your advisors not take notes? Why did you refuse to give a transcript of a recorded call? Oh that's right.... Because it showed your employees incompetence, lies and disregard for our requests. REPLY TO OUR EMAIL!
