This has been the worst experience I have ever had. This company called me and told me that they purchased the contract from the previous company that sold me my first c/c machine and that the machine I had was obsolete. They said they would buy out the previous lease agreement for the original machine and that I would not be charged for it from that point forward. I told them I needed something in writing. They kept calling and pressuring me to purchase the new machine with the promise that this kind of thing was done all the time and, unfortunately, I relented. Long story short, 4 months later and I am still paying on the original machine and now also the new machine. When I called to clear the matter up, I was told that the salesman who sold me the new machine and promised I wouldn't need to pay for the old machine (Dylan Flannery), no longer worked there. Furthermore (Dan) insinuated that I was lying. They then tried to sell me another contract for even more money. This company is a scam. They promised lower rates. I am paying over 4% for every transaction along with a $70 monthly fee for the new machine and $60 monthly payment for the old machine. Don't fall for the scam. They will say anything to you over the phone to get you to sign an agreement with tiny writing. Then you are stuck.
