I was obsessed with you and recommended you constantly to my co-workers. I used to use you every day and even forfeited my parking spot in the Amazon garage to keep using you!

One of your parkers scratched my car and I was so impressed with the way you handled making me whole again I loved you even more.

You raised your prices (15 to 18) on me and then ask for a tip? Not to mention regularly I request a car and it will say 5-10 minute wait and then jump up to 20-50 minute wait? WHY? (I am sure this has something to do with me not tipping in protest ..)

The self-park spot (that only charges 16) by my office was closed so that is not even an option!

I am so upset because I can t get my parking spot back and Zirx is no longer worth using if I have to wait 50 minutes ..
