What these guys pulled was completely illegal. We went in today to buy a RAV4 and had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. Our salesman Bjoern was great and even came in on his day off to take care of us. During the paperwork Richard Prospero changed the agreement we had before coming in and said we had to make at least 6 payments before payoff off the financing. When we asked him to see the contract we would be signing he refused to show us and began acting like a child. He started making up lies on the spot and trying to bully us into signing and running our credit before we could see the contract. When we refused to sign before he would show us the paperwork he told us to get out of his dealership and told us we were no longer welcome there. I couldn't believe it, I have never seen anyone act this way, not only unprofessional but completely dishonest and disrespectful to myself and my wife. We are going to Karl Malone Toyota in Draper and actually paying more for our car so we don't have to work with this moron. Not only did he ruin his salesman Bjoern's commission, but we will never purchase a car here, and we will make sure no one we know does including the large fleet decision makers we know. Highly discourage anyone from doing business with Richard Prospero!
