Lamentable !! . ... I waited a month and a half to...

Lamentable !! . ... I waited a month and a half to get the results of anaLyse !! I called every week, they were going to call me back ... I sent an email to go unanswered; I was finally reminded yesterday at the end of the afternoon, a message on my answering machine with the diagnostic elements (barely audible). It was Benin, apparently operable (a ball on the neck); far too late, the state of my cat having degraded in 24 hours, he died the morning of the same day !! I am shocked by the lack of professionalism, I paid 156 for that !!! Flee this place if you care about your pet, I wish I knew before I trusted them, my cat would still be alive :-(
