Absolutely the worst customer service and very unprofessional staff. My husband has been working with them for over two years trying to get IRS issues resolved. They won't return a call or provide an update. They simply got their full payment and left him out to hang. Now he has to deal with constant notices from IRS, calls from collection agencies and also a federal lien. We've many attempts to simply find out the status of our case working trying to get it resolved with a supervisor and manager. It's amazing that they always say the manager is not available and supervisor has even told me he is extremely busy. So in other words we're not important. Also the POA is never available and they also won't join to do a three way with IRS. If I could score them negative I would.
