I have received excellent customer service and quality repairs from Door Doctor Ottawa for over 20 years. Over the past 2 decades, I have called them on a few occasions to replace broken torsion springs, broken cables and the garage door opener. On this latest repair call, Kelly was very responsive in returning my service call and Mike did a superb job in repairing the broken cable and some rollers/brackets on my garage door.
