We had some tile work that needed to be done in the bathroom September 2018. Maintenance put a trash bag up to cover the missing tiles and said they would contact us about the repair. In February 2019 they called us and gave us a date they would come by and do the tile work. When we got home the evening of the promised date, no work had been done and we had not received any information from CSW. I had to call them multiple times before getting a response. When they answered they stated they would set a new appointment soon but never did. We moved out May 2019 and the repair had still not been done.
