The lady who works for 4 degrees, apartment manager of Perrine court. Kylee. Is terrible. We have a major bed bug issue at this complex. MULTIPLE APARTMENTS. They try to blame tenants in order to try to not pay for treatment. Took pest control a week after notified to show up, been 2 weeks since inspections. Still no treatment. Wasn't given proper notice for entry to my apartment. So much wrong with this complex, and these people at 4 degrees. Avoid them at all costs.
