Mr. Sakhi came promptly, early actually after phoning to let me know, was clean, courteous and worked diligently to help me solve the problem of a thermostat that was no longer working. It was not an easy solve but he kept at it until it was resolved, double checking to see that both the upstairs and downstairs thermostats were working properly. He was patient with my questions and took extra time to show me how to work the thermostat and try to get things in order, as much as possible for a nontechnician, so that I feel confident that I am better able to deal with it. He was kind, attentive to my questions, and very, very helpful. He also helped me turn on our fake log fireplace (we hadn't used it in years) so that we could use it safely during the winter months. I remember that he had come four years ago and was the same, professional and courteous and helpful person as he was in this instance. I can't speak highly enough of him.
