I find it very hard to figure out where to start with this review. This dealership is AMAZING. Let's start there. Everyone was so incredible to me. Buying a car can be difficult and stressful (or so I hear!), but not at this dealership. Even during this pandemic, as soon as you walk in you get a good vibe from everyone that works there. They were very welcoming when I arrived and it stayed that way until I left. I knew the car salesman Joel, which was my reason for exploring the car dealership avenue in the first place because I know hes trustworthy and honest. I went in knowing he wouldn't let me be misdirected or misinformed when it came to buying a car. However, I never expected his team to go to great lengths to achieve the financial goals that I had set in my mind. Bryan Perdue and Claudia went above and beyond any expectation that I had in getting me into an incredible vehicle (2017 Honda Accord Sport) at an incredible rate. I could not be more grateful for them! They are an amazing team that TRULY cares about people, and not just a sale. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. My experience with Pohanka Honda of Salisbury was everything a positive car buying experience should be and more! When you go to Pohanka Honda of Salisbury, ask to work with Joel English, Bryan Perdue, and Claudia because they are truly miracle workers!
