Disappointed that the store does not have the same...

Disappointed that the store does not have the same vibe as it once had when I became a customer over twenty years ago. Staff is attentive, but it seems to have a high turnover, very few that have been with Kiehl's for over ten years. I'm a bit upset the original entrance is no longer accessible. And it seems that once products become accepted, they discontinue, and no suitable alternative is available.
