The job was not done perfectly the first time but was remedied quickly. I like that the person doing the initial estimate follows through the entire process. My contact, David, explained everything thoroughly and quickly understood any concerns I had. I think the cost is higher than other companies but I feel the knowledge and guarantee by this company is worth it. In the end I have great peace of mind knowing I don t have to be concerned about water in my basement again.
