They are always accommodating to my schedule and walk me through what I am getting done to my car BEFORE they do it. I have gotten my tires from here so they have a loyalty program and rotate for free. Big car dealerships can be scary to go to in fear of being taken advantage of. Here though, I feel like they do their dudeligence to explain and update me perfectly.
