Had a door cable break after hours last night. Booked an appointment on their online booking tool for the first appointment of the day. A rep contacted us almost immediately to confirm the appointment. The service team Ken Labossiere and Dan arrived as promised and completed the repair. They also inspected and replaced the other cable. The door now works flawlessly again. Upon request, Ken provided us with a quote for future work. The service team was professional, courteous and efficient. I will be using Door Doctor again and will be requesting Ken as our service technician. Thanks again Door Doctor
