before purchasing my car at this location. My first experience in the service department was very rude from the staff. I walked into one of the service area at the Peachtree Industrial location for to pick up my second
set of keys. I stood in the area for about two minutes before three of
the service employee acknowledge my presence (Rude) (Rude). The female employee was on her cell phone and never looked up. The other
two men employees were going over some paperwork. I had to ask them about my appointment. I excuse that incident.
I have been waiting on another call from upper management about my
last and final experience at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Atlanta 5862 Peachtree Blvd Atlanta Georgia 30341. I came in for an appointment to service my
2016 Chevrolet Tahoe. I pulled up in the service garage and entered
the front desk area. This was my second time at Jim Ellis service center. I was told to leave my car keys and ask the service desk worker. Where
was the sitting area because I wasn't in the same area for this appointment. I was told that I have two choices of the sidewalk to sit on.
I couldn't believe what I just heard. I ask again and the front desk
service worker repeated it again. Who would tell a customer to sit on
a sidewalk. I wasn't told to sit on a sidewalk during the signing of
my vehicle paperwork. I have never seen this service desk worker in my
life time and was very upset about what he told me. I was on my way out of town and mention what happened that day to my husband. He called
the dealership and was transfer to someone in higher management. I think his name was Matt . My husband left a voice message with Mr. Matt(the VP). The VP called us back and was trying to excuse the service
guy rudeness. He made it seen like a joke. I wasn't laughing and as of today I haven't laughed.
Please do not send me one of your cut and paste about Jim Ellis is rated
one of top rated car dealership for service and sales.
I'm very aware that certain situations are excellent, good, and bad.
You can't excuse this situation. Your worker was very rude and unprofessional. I will seek service at another dealership.
