Took my 4 runner in for an oil change and got a car wash. After the service I noticed some kind of white mess on the drivers side. Thought it was just water. When I got home it had dried o a white sticky mess and wouldn't come off. Had to wash it again. I also noticed my antenna was missing, assumed it was taken off during the car wash. I called their service department and was given the run around. I was told I had to make an appointment and wait while they reviewed the security footage.
It takes 30 seconds to screw in a new one. Give me a break.

Very disappointed!!!
Looks like it's time to find another dealer.
