Sterling BMW is an outstanding dealership - 5 star. I appreciated the follow up by all their sales team. Mike Walters was awesome, a total gentleman to deal with. My wife and I are easy customers and we felt Sterling showed us gratitude and respect. Our experience at Irvine BMW on the other hand was awful... good luck getting anyone to respond to your email or have the decency to answer questions. I d recommend Sterling to anyone wanting a quality car and a hassle free experience. The staff are responsive at all hours and they are fair with pricing.
