After a bad experience at the dealership, the service manager called me directly numerous times to get in touch. He apologized for the service I was given and insisted I come in so he could take a look at my vehicle. When he did his inspection, he agreed he needed to rectify the situation. Brandon, the service manager, was very nice and considerate. He proceeded to go ahead and order the part and replace it himself on my vehicle. This was great customer service and I really appreciated it. This should not have happened in the first place, but let me tell you, Brandon was great and ensured this was resolved and wouldn't happen again to anyone else.
