I was in the service department for my 2019 Camaro...

I was in the service department for my 2019 Camaro for a recall.
I called them on Friday to make an appointment & the young lady who answered the call made my appointment but this morning the person in the service department tells me it was no appointment made with my name on it.
Ok, I said I did call & show the call made on Friday 2 times & she said I do not know that phone number & I call the number & who answered the call Jim Ellis Service department.
This is not right to Waste my time like my time means nothink to them I have a business to run and I came late to my business because these people, when I called on Friday the lady said they will give me a car to drive for a day because the repair will take 6 hours and they can figure out how to fix it and this mornings is like I don't know nobody knows what the heck is going on,this is horrible for a company with professional employees I thought..
Sorry but I will never come back here & I bought this car in this dealership, what a customer service!!!!! 0 star
