My boyfriend brought a car here less than 45 days ...

My boyfriend brought a car here less than 45 days ago. He is still waiting on his tag decal. He has called numerous of times and have NOT gotten a call back. I have worked in the automotive business for 7 years. When he called over the weekend and spoke with a gentleman, he had the guy on the speaker phone so I and his mother could hear the call. NO COMPASSINATE AT ALL!!! This is ridiculous, I know Georgia has changed their laws, but we need something to be done ASAP. It isn t fun paying a car note on a vehicle that we can not drive due to this tag decal issue. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! MY ISSUE IS WE HAVE NOT GOTTON A FOLLOW-UP CALL (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS) AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSINATE OF THE ISSUE IN HAND!!!
