I had a motor replaced under warranty here. That process went smooth and I was told they would pull the aftermarket valve spring and pushrod kit out of my old motor for me before they sent it in for the core. After 3 months of calling and never getting an answer about when it would be done I was told today that they sent the motor back to GM with all the parts still in it. I asked about being recouped for the parts (around $700) and was basically told to go eat their poopy and call it caviar. When I asked why no one has called me back about it before they sent it off I got the uh, uh, excuse excuse. GM isn't going to use these parts when the refurbish the motor, they will throw them away since they are not OEM. Billion basically stole parts from me, said "oops, our bad" and then told me to get F-ed when I inquired about them making it right. Everyone at billion need to either go choke themselves or head butt a steak knife. Except drew the mechanic who hooked me up on the new motor, that guys legit.

*Update* I called the GM like suggested in the response below. He didn't answer, so I left me name, number, and what I was calling about. It's been 4 weeks and no one has called me back. Typical Billion fashion of lackluster communication. This is exactly one of the things I was complaining about.
