I gave it 1 star for the view. The view was breathtaking. Otherwise I'd give it a zero if I could. Upon check in we waited forever to get up into our room. The lady at front desk couldn't figure out our reservation and needed help from someone else. They charged an astronomical rate and resort fees we couldn't even use because everything was closed. If they are going to close due to COVID19, that's understandable, BUT don't still charge the resort fees. Then they don't even do room service, nor bring you clean towels unless you bring the dirty ones downstairs and collect them from front desk. I was not impressed at all and will NOT be going back. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you want to pay high price for bad service or in my case no service.
