I really liked troy. He was very helpful and really nice to work with. If your going in I would recommend working with him! The only reason I'm rating this way is because of the finance guy who helped me. I kept telling him I wanted to see the total price, he told me the price before interest. So when I got my first bill I figured out how much I was really paying which with the interest was almost $7000 more. This wont be an issue for long because I will definitely refinance very soon. I understand that interest is separate obviously, however when I specifically ask for the total I expect to get it because that Is what I will actually be paying. Also he never gave me my contract..... I think the finance guy was pretty shady in that way. He acted annoyed with me for wanting to read over all the things he was telling me to sign. I think that the finance guys should be required to go over a little more in depth what we are actually paying. I wish he would of just answered my question rather than avoid it. Also when I call in they say my loan period is longer than the one that they say is in my contract. I don't understand why I didn't get my copy of my contract right away, and why I have had to request it myself. I remember on my way out I asked him for anything I needed (paper work, copies, etc) and he told me no, so I assumed I would get it within the next couple days, however that clearly never happened.
