I bought a refrigerator on 6/9/2013 and it was delivered to us after a week. But recently, it has been acting up and there is a loud noise coming from it constantly. Due to the noise the fridge is not cooling the food properly and is constantly a nuisance to all of us. We spent a lot of money on this product and it is already giving us problems, yet when we called customer service, they told us that we would have to pay around 200 dollars plus taxes. So overall, within 2 years, our LG fridge is not working and causing us many problems, we are not pleased with the product and it would be really helpful if you guys can actually help solve this dilemma instead of making it worse. Thank you. LG should really be helping us out instead of making us pay even more for something we did not cause, there product did.
