Absolute horror. Wrong product sent, return extremely complicated, and then I had to wait almost three months for the repayment, which cost me around 25 emails, 5 hours of painstaking communication (sometimes I waited for weeks for an answer) and a registered threatening letter. If you want to buy Logitech products, then at Digitec, where customer service is great, but never at Logitech itself. I've never seen anything so annoying. Total incompetence.
