It was a hotel that I had booked from a local clientele in Amsterdam and I liked it because the location was quiet. I had two blackouts, but I fixed it quickly and the room condition was not bad either.
However, there was a mistake in the booking system, so I did not change the breakfast reservation to breakfast included, so I repeatedly complained about the complaints and apology from the local accountant. I felt very uncomfortable during the repeated process. I feel sorry for the non-English speaking people in the attitude of repeatedly saying "I made a reservation without you breakfast" without trying to check again for the reservation error every time I put a reconfirmation inquiry into the counter. It was very unpleasant.
As a result, it was a mistake on the part of the hotel and we apologized again, but we would avoid this hotel if we come back to Amsterdam.
What I felt was that the hotel was at a low level.
I'm sad to have three more days here yet.
