I never thought I'd give a 5-star rating for any restaurant, let alone a deli, but this deserves it. Fantastic food.

Had a Sunday breakfast there; tried the 222 (2 eggs, 2 very generous strips of their smoked pastrami, and 2 potato latkes).

Great service - not too much pestering, but every time I needed something there were right there. Great coffee too by the way. Took 3 coconut macaroons to go and ended up giving 2 of them to hungry beggars on the street corners of Portland - something Portland has no shortage of. The one I ate was delicious.
