They claim it is confidential but the people who listen to the recordings talk about it with other people, at the very least they are not discreet and have little respect for your privacy. If you want are willing to sacrifice privacy then this place is otherwise pretty good. They treat other people's problems as a joke and assume the people they mention things too won't have any other relationship with their clients. Well, things have a way of coming back and I am disgusted that they couldn't respect me enough to stay discreet and courteous to me and my family.
