I was approved for a loan in August but after all the paperwork was done I was told that because of my state of CT they could not get a title so the changed there mine and declined the loan. They should have known this prior to doing the paperwork and running my credit. Now there is a inquiry on my report. 4 months later a person from Florida was going to buy the same car and the seller called me to tell me that JJ Best did not need a title to do the loan for this other person. I contacted JJ Best and paperwork process again only to be DECLINED this time for other reason like to many inquiries on credit history. I even offered to put down more money!!! We are talking about $15000.00 down on a $35000.00 dollar car.They acted like I was wasting there time. Promises for return phone calls never kept. Please do yourself a favor RUN and stay away from JJ Best. I am not done here I also plan on contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. J.J.Best is best at ruining peoples credit and setting the bar high only to be kick in the face.
