My husband and I have a two-year-old home and didn t think we needed air conditioning so did not have it installed when we built our home. Our second summer in our home and 80 and 90 degree temps changed our mind! We were a little concerned about how we would go about an install post- construction, but after talking with Washington Energy Services, we fully understood our options and were confident in proceeding. We couldn t be happier with how things went from start to finish. David, our sales representative, came to our home twice in advance of the install and was very friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. We were also able to get our installation scheduled promptly at the height of hot summer weather. Our installation technicians, Teo and Erik, were conscientious, courteous and competent. Because our install was post construction, we had to access the attic area to run lines, which required cutting into the drywall. Even though it took them more time, they took extreme care to only cut two holes in areas that were not in visible sections of our home. We were very appreciative that they cared to do the job right rather than fast even working into the evening hours on a Friday night. We wouldn t hesitate to recommend Washington Energy Services to any of our friends.
