My friend and I went to Toyota prestige to get our first leased car. Carlos, who is the dealer, helped us. He is very nice, professional and he made us very comfortable. Because it s our first time geting a new car we re not sure if we are ready to make the purchase. Carlos called Ed, the manager. Ed asked us how much we can afford as monthly payment and when we told him how much, he insulted us by telling us that we should go to Hyundai or Kia "coz we only sell quality car". So we didn t say anything more and just left, feeling insulted.
