Hermes Pena-Veras was my salesman for my toyota Rav 4. He was very professional and answered every one of my questions respectfully. I get caught up in negotiating (to my own fault )... that said he was patient did not rush my questions. He is very knowledgeable and a gentleman. Really easy to work with. The only reason I did not give a 5 was because every business has room for improvement - but Hermes is the real deal. If car buying is rough for you go ahead and work with him
You won't feel rushed or worried. He even responded to my questions timely - a few days after I purchased the car. Nice service.
