Why do I rate this Indy Star as average newspaper?...

Why do I rate this Indy Star as average newspaper? I must admit i am addicted to reading newspapers daily. Too much advertisements take up the pages...saying about 3/4 of the whole section of a newspaper seems on advertisements. I know Indy Star needs money. The news are great especially the wonderful exposed investigations on Adult Protectives Services. I am so HAPPY about the state's approved budget of 1.1 millions added to APS!!!! Thanks to Marisa Kwiatkowski!!
